Jeremy Jordan and Kerry Butler Star in Industry Reading of New Musical Presto Change-O

On December 19 at Manhattan Theatre Club, Barrington Stage Company will present an industry reading of a new musical, Presto Change-O, as part of the BSC Musical Theatre Lab.
Commissioned by Carole and Daniel Burack, the musical follows three generations of illusionists — and the woman who loves all of them — as they learn to coexist, make amends, and reconcile what is truth and illusion in their own lives. The production features music by Joel Waggoner, with book and lyrics by Eric Price. Marc Bruni directs with Matt Gallagher as musical director.
The cast of Presto Change-O will star Fred Applegate (The Last Ship), Tony nominee Kerry Butler (Catch Me If You Can), Tony nominee Jeremy Jordan (Newsies), Judy McLane (Mamma Mia!), Tony nominee Brad Oscar (The Producers), and Tony nominee Douglas Sills (Little Shop of Horrors).
The BSC Musical Theatre Lab is led by Artistic Producer William Finn and Artistic DirectorJulianne Boyd.
