WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
War Horse takes place at the outbreak of World War One, Joey, young Albert's beloved horse, is sold to the cavalry and shipped to France. He's soon caught up in enemy fire, and fate takes him on an extraordinary odyssey, serving on both sides before finding himself alone in no man's land. But Albert cannot forget Joey and, still not old enough to enlist, he embarks on a treacherous mission to find him and bring him home.

Overrated. I see plays in London or NY each year. My husband has seen so many plays on Broadway as a business expense from the old days he cant count. We looked forward to this play-saw three others this trip-and was not impressed.

RE:WAR HORSE
As a former Drama-Theatre teacher, I go to theatre, between New York and London, close to 100 times a year. WAR HORSE is the Best new play I have seen in the past two years. In fact, I saw it twice and hope to see it again around Eastertime.
