WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
A classic Russian story comes to life in The Tutor's Tale, a musical adaptation of a novel by celebrated author/playwright Anton Chekhov. Set in late 19th century Russia, the story centers on a favorite theme of Chekhov - the clash between old and new social structures, intertwined with a delightful love story. A captivating score brings to life the charming tale of love and mayhem, which unfolds at a party at the home of a widowed princess and her lovely daughter.
