WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
The festival will feature four shows, two one-act plays and two full length plays, with two shows playing for the first two weekends and then the other two shows for the last two weekends.
The first weekend will feature The Reprieve, a one-act comedy by Judith A. Jacobs about sisterly relations that changes when the peacemaker suddenly starts speaking her mind after her brush with cancer; and If Spiders Made Honey, a full-length play by Dave Tucker that raises some poignant questions about the value of our own contributions to society.
The second weekend will feature Famous Last Words, a one-act play by Michael Wallace about two teenagers brought together in a graveyard by school bullies; and Man Defeats Nature, a full-length play by Christopher Bailey set on the one-year anniversary of a mountain's eruption, when a father continues to search daily for his son, though his family members want to move on.
