Synopsis

Winner of six 1998 Tony Awards including Best Musical, Best Direction, and Best Costume Design, The Lion King features direction and costumes by Julie Taymor. Elton John and Tim Rice's score brings the rhythms of the African Pridelands to life with songs that include "Circle of Life" and the Oscar®-winning "Can You Feel the Love Tonight."
