Using Duncan's own words, actress Sarah Pleydell embodies Isadora. WDT dancers provide brilliant reconstructions of Isadora Duncan's choreography, and Marcia Daft creates a soundscape using the beautiful music that was the thru-line of Duncan's life and work. Review: Saw this in previews! by libertydancer
I saw this production in previews by invitation. Not to be biased, but it was great. A powerful story, and dancing of a purity and grace that is not commonly seen today. Isadora was one hell of a woman!!!
