Synopsis
Few playwrights possess the unique ability to combine fantastic theatricality with gritty realism like Tennessee Williams. His vivid language illuminates the tempestuous story of Lady, a passionate but forgotten woman longing for a rebirth. Her spirit is reignited by Val, a wild drifter whose arrival sparks a torrent of desire and contention among the residents of her small town. In this lost community rife with secrets, Lady and Val each find in the other an unlikely source of redemption and truth.
