Synopsis

Lavish in a lush antebellum Southern mystique as this multimedia Blues Opera brings you on a journey to freedom. Protagonists Bell and LizaSue are lovers who use conjure and connivance to conquer the circumstance of slavery. This choreo-drama paints the sensual subjectivity of Black women seeking the ultimate freedom--the freedom to love.
