The Keegan Theatre has modified the line-up for its 2008-2009 season, which will include an American premiere, two regional premieres, and two productions that have toured Ireland. Because of an error by Samuel French, The Keegan Theatre has been asked to run One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest, originally set to open the season, in a later time slot to allow the Round House Theatre's production to run first.
The revised season will open with David Mamet's Glengarry Glen Ross, November 28-December 20, to be directed by Jeremy Skidmore at Church Street Theater. The American premiere of Liam Heylin's Love, Peace and Robbery will run at the same time, November 28-December 20, at Theatre on the Run. Kerry Waters Lucas will direct. Also at Theatre on the Run, Krapp's Last Tape by Samuel Beckett will run, February 19-March 14.
The regional premiere of Timothy Findley's Elizabeth Rex will be directed by Susan Marie Rhea at Church Street Theater, March 19-April 18. Lincolnesque by John Strand will play at the Church Street Theater, June 4-28, and the season will close with Dale Wasserman's One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest, set to run at Church Street Theater with Susan Marie Rhea at the helm, July 16-August 15.
