WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
This classic radio broadcast was performed on Halloween eve, 1938. Simulated "news bulletins" about Martians invading Earth convinced Americans they were doomed.
SCENA's riveting stage version recreates the original broadcast in "real time" and follows the exact script. Plus, this production provides a voyeuristic view of events inside the studio and dramatizes the hysteria that gripped many American homes.
