WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Together, Broadway legends Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II helped bring emotional music and meaningful lyrics to the musicals that lined the Great White Way. The NSO Pops and Principal Pops Conductor Steven Reineke are joined by three-time Tony nominee Rebecca Luker (Mary Poppins), Drama Desk-nominated Aaron Lazar (A Little Night Music), and two-time Grammy-nominated Rod Gilfry (South Pacific National Tour) to sing the music of Rodgers & Hammerstein--including classic hits such as "Climb Ev'ry Mountain," "There is Nothing Like a Dame," "Surrey With the Fringe on Top," "You'll Never Walk Alone," "Shall We Dance?," and many more.
