WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
This off-the-wall satire considers Britain's lower class under Margaret Thatcher's rule. The year is 1982: Argentina invades the U.K.'s Falkland Islands - igniting War. Does the Iron Lady buck the rules of engagement by sinking the Argentine ship Belgrano? Or is she right on target? Berkoff's clever anti-war play is replete with bawdy antics, timeless themes, raucous sailors, song and dance and more.
