The Studio Theatre presents Ricky Jay and his 52 Assistants, starring Ricky Jay in the Metheny Theatre.

With nothing more than a deck of fifty-two cards, noted magician Ricky Jay transfixes audiences with his subtle and clever sleight of hand. The Lucille Lortel and Obie winning Ricky Jay and His 52 Assistants has dazzled sold-out audiences on Broadway and in LA, Chicago and London. The editors of The New York Times called him "one of the greatest card-handlers to ever live" and his show "a history lesson and a spectacle."

Directed by David Mamet, a longtime collaborator of Ricky Jay, who has appeared in Mamet's films State and Main, The Spanish Prisoner and House of Games. Ricky Jay has also appeared in Magnolia, Boogie Nights and Tomorrow Never Dies. He currently plays con man Eddie Sawyer on HBO's Emmy-winning drama Deadwood.
