WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
The Washington area's premier light opera company performs Cole Porter's adaptation of The Taming of the Shrew. Kiss Me, Kate is directed by Hal Simmons with N. Thomas Pederson as musical director and Douglas Yeull as choreographer. Enjoy favorites such as "Brush Up Your Shakespeare," "Wundebar," "So In Love," and "I Hate Men," as you try to untangle the intricacies of the plots of the play-within-the-play.
