Directed by Stefan Larsson Stockholm's Royal Dramatic Theatre presents the U.S. premiere of Fanny and Alexander, its brilliant stage adaptation of Ingmar Bergman's Oscar-winning feature film. Set in the early 1900s, this drama follows the Ekdahl family as loss and circumstance relocate its youngest members from a colorful and nurturing theater world to the strict, austere home of their bishop stepfather. In Swedish with English supertitles. Part of Nordic Cool 2013.
