WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
CENTERSTAGE's 22nd Annual Benefit Gala -- sponsored by M&T Bank -- is the theater's largest event of the season. The evening includes dinner and dancing, as well as the popular silent auction. This season's Annual Benefit Gala features a performance by Broadway star Lillias White. A dynamic and multi-talented performer, she is a recipient of the Tony, Drama Desk, Peoples Choice, and Outer Critics Awards for her role as Sonja in the The Life. She has also won an Obie for her portrayal of Hennie in Romance in Hard Times and a DramaLogue Award for Best Actress in a Musical for her portrayal of Effie White in the national tour of Dreamgirls.
