Mary-Kate Olsen Is in Love begins performances tonight at Studio Theatre. "A funny play about sad people," the show follows Grace. At 27, Grace should be happier than she is. She’s married to her high-school sweetheart and even makes good money. Yet, since her husband lost his job, he’s stopped doing anything other than smoking pot and playing Xbox. Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen might be her best friends, but they also might only like her because she’s their new target demographic. Or they just might save her.

Written by Mallery Avidon and directed by Holly Twyford, the show features Katie Ryan as Grace, Daniel Corey as Tyler, Suzanne Stanley as Mary-Kate Olsen, Sara Dabney Tisdale as Ashley Olsen, Christian R. Gibbs as soldier, Erin Craig as amazing girl, Kayla Dixon as amazing girl, Kaycie Goral as amazing girl, Tuyet Gunter as amazing girl, and Mariana Taitano as amazing girl.

The creative team includes Paige Hathaway (set design), Kara Waala (costume design), Adrian Rooney (lighting design), James Bigbee Garver (sound design), and Laura Schlachtmeyer (stage manager).

Performances will run through June 21.
