Sample the Score From the World Premiere Musical Crossing
Performances of the world premiere musical Crossing, featuring a book by Grace Barnes and score by Matt Conner (with additional lyrics by Barnes), begin tonight at Washington, D.C.'s Signature Theatre.
The production weaves together the stories of eight people from different decades throughout the past century who come together at a train station in search of new beginnings. Conner's score fuses the musical styles of these eras, ranging from gospel to pop rock.
