Forum Theatre to Present Young Jean Lee’s Church

Forum Theatre will present Young Jean Lee’s Church, running July 12-29 at Round House Theater, Silver Spring. It is presented as part of the inaugural Over the Line Festival.

Michael Dove directs the work, which transforms Lee’s struggle with Christianity into an exuberant church service. The production stars Nora Achrati, Blair Bowers, Kevin Hasser, and Anastasia Wilson.

The creative team includes Dov (scenic and sound design), Emily Jablonski (assistant director), Stephanie P. Freed (lighting design), Hannah Hessel (dramaturg), Laura Esti Miller (dramaturg), and Jenn Carlson (stage manager).
