Heidi Blickenstaff, Leslie Kritzer, Patina Miller Set for First You Dream: The Music of Kander & Ebb

The Kennedy Center has announced casting for its upcoming production of First You Dream: The Music of Kander & Ebb, to run June 8-July 1 in the Eisenhower Theater. Eric Schaeffer will direct.

Co-conceived by David Loud and Eric Schaeffer, First You Dream: The Music of Kander & Ebb celebrates the legendary songwriting duo John Kander and Fred Ebb, who created musical’s such as Cabaret, Chicago, and Kiss of the Spider Woman. The event will feature the 22-piece Kennedy Center Opera House Orchestra, directed by Jon Kalbfleisch.

The cast will star Heidi Blickenstaff, James Clow, Alan H. Green, Leslie Kritzer, Patina Miller, and Matthew Scott.

The design team will include James Kronzer (set design), Kathleen Geldard (costume design), Howell Binkley (lighting design), and Kai Harada (sound design).
