Brian Stokes Mitchell to Perform at Music Center at Strathmore April 4

Tony Award winner Brian Stokes Mitchell, accompanied by a trio, will perform at the Music Center at Strathmore on Friday, April 4, 2008 at 8 p.m.

Mitchell received a Tony Award for his role as Fred Graham in Kiss Me Kate, and was Tony-nominated for his performances in Man of La Mancha, Ragtime, and King Hedley II. He also performed the title role in Sweeney Todd at the Kennedy Center’s tremendously successful Sondheim Celebration in 2002.
