Mel Brooks and Thomas Meehan's The Producers, the record-setting 2001 Broadway musical that still holds the title for "Most Tony Award Wins Ever," is heading back to the stage to open the 2016-17 season at New Jersey's Paper Mill Playhouse. With direction by Don Stephenson, a veteran Leo Bloom of the original, this new mounting stars Michael Kostroff (Max), David Josefsberg (Leo), and Ashley Spencer (Ulla).
