Melissa Errico and Richard Troxell Hear a Waltz at New York City Center

The pair offers a preview of Do I Hear a Waltz?, the rarely seen Stephen Sondheim and Richard Rodgers musical, being presented by the Encores! series.

For the conclusion of its 2015-2016 season, New York City Center Encores! is presenting Do I Hear a Waltz?, a musical rarity that serves as the only collaboration between master songwriters Stephen Sondheim and Richard Rodgers. The production, directed by Evan Cabnet, stars Tony nominee Melissa Errico and opera vet Richard Troxell as a pair of unlikely lovers in Italy. At a recent press event, Errico and Troxell previewed two selections from the score, the title number and "Someone Like You." Get a sneak peek here, before heading to City Center May 11-15.
