Hello/Goodbye: Behind the Scenes at Peter and the Starcatcher's Teary Broadway Farewell

From tears to cheers, Peter and Co. share their Broadway goodbyes while looking toward the off-Broadway horizon.

"Repeters" (devout Peter and the Starcatcher fans) wept when word came that the Tony Award winning show would end it's nine-month Broadway run at the Brooks Atkinson Theater on January 20. Fortunately, the adventure isn't over for the boys and their Starcatcher girl, Molly. The play is continuing its magic at New World Stages beginning March 18, in a transfer that reunites the piece with its off-Broadway roots. In this first of a two-part series on Peter's emotional journey, TheaterMania heads backstage on closing night to talk with the cast and creative team about saying goodbye...and preparing to say hello.
