Dimitri Kleioris Warms Up to His Leading-Man Status in Broadway's An American in Paris

Kleioris takes us behind the scenes as he rehearses the show's Tony-winning choreography.

What does it take for a ballet dancer to get ready for Broadway? Just ask Dimitri Kleioris. Earlier this year, the Australian-born Kleioris joined An American in Paris to be the alternate in the show's leading role, Jerry Mulligan. This July, he assumed the role full time. Kleioris took TheaterMania inside one of his rehearsal days, where he polished Christopher Wheeldon's Tony-winning moves alongside associate choreographer Sean Kelly.
