Andrew Keenan-Bolger, Tim Federle, and More Bring Tuck Everlasting to Broadway

Sarah Charles Lewis, Carolee Carmello, Terrence Mann, and the stars of this new musical celebrate opening night.

Six years ago, songwriters Chris Miller and Nathan Tysen, book writer Claudia Shear, and director/choreographer Casey Nicholaw embarked on a very special journey to bring Natalie Babbitt's beloved novel Tuck Everlasting to Broadway. On April 26, the show officially opened at the Broadhurst Theatre, with a company led by Broadway heavyweights Carolee Carmello, Terrence Mann, Andrew Keenan-Bolger, and more. As the cast and creative team, which also includes co-book writer Tim Federle, gathered at Tavern on the Green to celebrate, they spoke to TheaterMania about their new musical, which will make parents hold their kids closer after the curtain comes down.
