The iconic work A Bronx Tale is coming to Broadway, this time as a musical. Featuring a book by original writer Chazz Palminteri, a score by theatrical mainstays Alan Menken and Glenn Slater, and codirection by icons Jerry Zaks and Robert DeNiro, A Bronx Tale — the Musical is the story of a young man caught between the father he loves and the mob boss he wants to be. On October 21, the production welcomed the press into their rehearsal room where stars including Bobby Conte Thornton, Nick Cordero, and Ariana DeBose previewed a quartet of rollicking new tunes from this street-smart new musical.
