Marin Mazzie and Daniel Dae Kim Say Hello to The King and I

The Tony-winning Lincoln Center production gets a fresh pair of leading players.

On May 3, Lincoln Center Theater's revival of The King and I will welcome a new pair of stars. Three-time Tony nominee Marin Mazzie (Bullets Over Broadway) will take over the role of Anna Leonowens while television star and off-Broadway veteran Daniel Dae Kim (Hawaii Five-0) makes his Broadway debut as the King of Siam. During a day of rehearsals, Mazzie and Kim took a few minutes to meet the press and chat about their upcoming roles in the classic Rodgers and Hammerstein musical. The production was a welcome challenge for both — particularly for Mazzie, who got some additional exciting news to accompany her latest Broadway credit.
