VENICE THEATRE

Corner of US 41 and Tampa Avenue on Venice Island.

Please park in one of the following areas: In our lot behind the theatre, in the public lot at Centennial Park which is diagonally across the street from the theatre, or in the designated street parking. Please do not park directly across from the street against the apartment building walls, these are designated with signs as a Tow Away Zone and this is very strictly enforced.

FROM THE NORTH VIA I-75 I-75 South to Exit 200, (SR 681 to Venice / Osprey) Drive SR 681 for about 3 miles, then follow sign to Venice SR681 merges into US41 (Tamiami Trail) going South About a mile and a half down road, US41 splits into ByPass or Business Follow US41 Business (to the right) and cross the bridge onto Venice Island. Tampa Ave West is the first right as you come off the bridge. You will see the theatre from the bridge. FREE PARKING is available in the municipal lot diagonally across from the theatre in the next block

FROM THE NORTH VIA US41 (Tamiami Trail) US41 South to Venice In Venice, US41 splits into ByPass or Business Follow US41Business (to the right) and cross the bridge onto Venice Island. Tampa Ave West is the first right as you come off the bridge. You will see the theatre from the bridge. FREE PARKING is available in the municipal lot diagonally across from the theatre in the next block

FROM THE SOUTH VIA US41 US41 North to Venice. Stay on "ByPass"" when road splits. At light at Venice Ave intersection, turn left. Go over the bridge and turn right onto "Business" US41. Tampa Ave West is the first left off Business US41 - you will see the theatre immediately. FREE PARKING is available in the municipal lot diagonally across from the theatre in the next block.

FROM THE SOUTH VIA I-75 From I-75 northbound, take the Venice exit at Jacaranda Blvd. (Exit 193 - old Exit 35) The exit puts you on Jacaranda which you take to Venice Avenue. Go right on Venice Avenue. Travel on Venice Avenue for a few miles. Stay on it when it crosses US41 (ByPass) at major intersection. Go over the bridge and turn right onto "Business" US41. Tampa Ave West is the first left off Business US41 - you will see the theatre immediately. FREE PARKING is available in the municipal lot diagonally across from the theatre in the next block

Venice Theatre is one of the largest and most active community theatres in the United States. Located on southwest Florida's beautiful gulf coast, we are a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization that has been providing entertainment, education and outreach to our community since 1950.
