The Lion King
I held off seeing this for so long because I was afraid it was going to be like Cats, but it wasnt at all. It was amazing. The costumes were breathtaking, and combined with the music, it was just a wonderful show. I am definitely seeing it again.

RE:Wicked
I really enjoyed this show and it made me look at The Wizard of Oz in a different light, but I dont think its quite worth the hype that it gets.

Great
I thought it was excellent! It was hilarious, the story was good, and obviously the music was the best part. They performed some of my favorite songs of all time and the audience was actually singing along. I dont want to give anything away, but the best part was when they did "Hit Me With Your Best Shot." The whole show was very enjoyable.

Next to Normal
I thought it was great. Alice Ripley put on a powerful performance as a woman with bipolar, and while it was a little depressing, I found it to be captivating. The music kind of reminded me of Spring Awakening, but I liked this soundtrack better. All in all, I dont think this is a show that everyone would enjoy, but I really liked it.

Wow!
I thought it was fantastic! The music was excellent, the dancing was spectacular, and it had a good story. I was frustrated and appalled by the way people were treated in the 50s in the south, but at the same time I wanted to cheer for Hueys character for trying to change it. It was definitely one of the best shows I have seen all year and for me it was one of those shows that you dont want to end. Chad Kimball was great as Huey and Montego Glover blew me away. She has an incredible voice and seeing her perform gave me goosebumps. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and I hope to see it again one day.
