Kristin Chenoweth to Play New York City Center on June 2 As Part of National Concert Tour

Tony Award and Emmy Award winner Kristin Chenoweth will play New York City Center on Saturday, June 2 as part of a seven-week, 19-city concert tour, which will launch on May 9 in Seattle and end on June 24 in her hometown of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma at the Broken Arrow Performing Arts Center.


The tour will be directed by Richard-Jay Alexander and feature songs from her latest CD, Some Lessons Learned, as well tunes from Broadway and the TV show Glee, for which she received an Emmy Award nomination.


Other cities on the tour will include Los Angeles, Denver, Detroit, Philadelphia, Boston, Dallas, Toronto, New York, Nashville, and Atlanta.


Chenoweth won a Tony Award for You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown and has also starred on Broadway in Wicked, The Apple Tree, Epic Proportions, and Promises, Promises. She won an Emmy Award for her portrayal of Olive Snook in Pushing Daisies and will star on the upcoming ABC series G.C.B.
