With its proscenium design adaptable to a thrust stage or orchestra pit, the theatre works well for everything from chamber music to symphony orchestras, one-person shows to major dramatic or dance performances, and from multi-cultural events to major corporate presentations and trade shows.
The 497 seat auditorium is tailor made with superior sight and sound characteristics, it's an unsurpassed venue for intimate music recitals, major debates, small scale theatrical productions and corporate presentations.
It is a concert stage. There is no proscenium, front curtain or fly system. The stage floor is black inked hardwood. All walls of the stage and auditorium are painted a beautiful Salem Red. A plum velour traveller is hung directly in front of the back wall.
