Directions

The theatre is easily accessible by subway and streetcar. It is just a few steps west of the St. Andrew Subway Station (At the intersection of King Street and University Avenue), and the King Street streetcars stop right in front of the building. For those arriving by car, there are four levels of parking located directly beneath the theatre, with an entrance ramp off John Street. An elevator takes you directly from the parking garage to the theatre lobby. If you are arriving by car from out of town, the theatre is only a few blocks north of the Gardiner Expressway (the QEW, to and from Hamilton, Niagara and Buffalo). Exit the Gardiner at Spadina and turn right (east) on King Street. If you are driving into Toronto via Highway 401 (the McDonald-Cartier Freeway), the Gardiner Expressway is linked to the 401 to the east by the Don Valley Parkway (Highway 404) and to the west by Highway 427. Visitors arriving by GO train or VIA Rail can walk to the theatre from Union Station - it's a ten-minute walk west along Front St. to Simcoe, and north on Simcoe to King; or take the subway from Union Station one stop to the St. Andrew Subway Station.
