Legoland is a contemporary vaudeville routine integrating ukulele, puppets, multi-media and gangster rap. When their pot-growing parents are imprisoned, siblings Penny and Ezra Lamb go from a sheltered upbringing on a commune in Saskatchewan where they were home-schooled to Legoland - the world outside their home. They are enrolled in a private Catholic school where Penny, a social outcast because of her jailbird parents and unusual upbringing, becomes obsessed with the boy band 7up and falls in love with singer Johnny Moon. When 7up breaks up and Johnny Moon revamps himself as a misogynistic gangsta rapper, a heartbroken Penny, along with brother Ezra, make a pilgrimage across the U.S. to meet her idol by subsidizing their journey selling the Paxil and Ritalin they've been prescribed. The infamous Lamb siblings - the 'Gruesome Twosome, Canada's youngest drug cartel' - take their audiences on a wild odyssey in this hilarious comedic tour-de-force.
