New Cast Announced for Toronto’s Jersey Boys

New casting has been announced for the Canadian production of the Tony Award-winning musical Jersey Boys, which was scheduled to end its run on December 6 at the Toronto Centre for the Arts.

The new cast, which takes over on December 12, includes Derek Krantz as Bob Gaudio, Jeremy Kushnier as Tommy DeVito, Michael Lomenda as Nick Massi, Jeff Madden as Frankie Valli, Timothy Sell as Gyp DeCarlo, and Shawn Wright as Bob Crewe. The company also comprises: Gabriel Antonacci, Matthew Brown, Matt Cassidy, Jade Elliott, Élodie Gillett, Bryan Hindle, Victoria Lamond, Jenny Lee Stern, Adrian Marchuk, Joe Matheson, Aaron MacKenzie, Lindsay Thomas, and Grant Tilly.

The show, which tells the story of the hit musical group The Four Seasons, is directed by Des McAnuff, written by Academy Award-winner Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice, with music by Bob Gaudio and lyrics by Bob Crewe, and choreography by Sergio Trujillo.
