Rob Evan, Jack Murphy, Laura Osnes, and Marlyn Sanchez joined celebrated composer Frank Wildhorn for a one-night-only performance of An Intimate Evening with Frank Wildhorn & Friends at the Asolo Rep’s Mertz Theatre on Tuesday, December 21.
With Wildhorn at the piano and Gregg Voorhess on bass, the performers offered selections from his extensive catalogue, including numbers from Jekyll & Hyde, The Scarlet Pimpernel, and the upcoming Broadway musical Wonderland.
The cast also performed selections from Wildhorn’s new musical Bonnie & Clyde, which recently played at the theater.
