Mad Cow Theatre‘s Stage Left Series will continue this month with the company’s production of Tom Stoppard’s Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead, January 29-February 28, to be directed by Alan Bruun.

Stoppard’s comedy takes a new avenue with Shakespeare’s Hamlet by tracing the journey of the bewildered Rosencrantz and Guildenstern as they struggle to avoid the inevitability of the Bard’s tragic conclusion for them. The cast will star Michael Marinaccio as Rosencrantz and Tim Williams as Guildenstern. Also featured are Christian Kelty as The Player, Jamie Cline as Hamlet, Sophia Wise as Ophelia, Bobbie Bell as Claudius, Elizabeth Judith as Gertrude, Neil Olcott as Polonius, and CK Anderson, Eric Bridges, Mason Criswell, Don Fowler, and Scott Hodges as The Tragedians.

The creative team will include Cindy White Art (set design), Erin Miner (lighting design), Camille McClellan (costume design), and Kurt Wagner (sound design).
