Franc D’Ambrosio will offer two performances of his solo show I’ll Be Seeing YOUZ…A Bronx Boy’s Musical Perspective of World War II at the Norris Center, April 23-24.

The show spotlights the tunes made popular during World War II and interweaves them with anecdotes about the performer’s Bronx upbringing and Italian relatives to give a humorous snapshot of “The Greatest Generation.”

D’Ambrosio’s credits include the title role in The Phantom of Opera, and he has the distinction of having been the “world’s longest running Phantom” for over a decade. Among his other credits are Godfather III, in which he sang the theme song “Speak Softly Love (Brucia la Terra).” The performer has toured throughout the U.S., Europe and South America with his two one man shows Franc D’Ambrosio’s Broadway and Franc D’Ambrosio’s Hollywood. In addition, he is a frequent guest artist with many major American orchestras and symphonies.
