IceHouse Theatre Announces Cast for The Honky Tonk Angels

IceHouse Theatre has announced casting for its production of Ted Swindley’s The Honky Tonk Angels, to be presented March 20-April 12. Darlin Bary will direct.

The story opens on Darlene, Sue Ellen, and Angela, who are unhappy with their lives. They all head off to Nashville to seek fame and fortune, and their paths converge on the bus ride there, where they create an act together. The cast will feature Barry as Angela, S. Elizabeth Block as Sue Ellen, and Genna Paige Kanago as Darlene.

The production will feature a live band, including Glenn Vandervoort (pianist/bandleader), Jeff Donato (guitarist), Dave Pettengill (drummer), Bo Frazer (fiddle/pedal steel player), and Steve Waters (bassist).
