The Caldwell Theatre Company has announced the line-up for its 2008 summer season.

First up is James Hindman’s Pete ‘n’ Keely (June 20-July 6), about a reunion of America’s “swingin’ sweethearts” years after their much publicized breakup. Carbonell Award-winner Connie SaLoutos will star as Keely Stevens.

The Pulitzer Prize-winning Doubt, a Parable (August 1-17), by John Patrick Shanley, will return to the Caldwell as the second summer show, with its original cast that wowed critics and audiences alike this past December.

The summer season will close with David C. Hyer’s comedy, Lying in State (September 5-21), a zany laugh-out-loud riotous swipe at politics and politicians.
