By combining original theatrical elements with cutting-edge illusions, audience interaction, dramatic lighting, special effects, music, movement and stage magic, The Spencers, who have been described as "modern day Houdinis" have propelled the age-old art of magic into the 21st century. Their high-tech stage show, Theatre of Illusion, is one of the largest touring illusion shows on the road today.

For more than a decade, The Spencers have entertained audiences throughout the U.S. and around the world with one of the most successful touring illusion shows in the nation. The recipient of the Performing Arts Entertainers of the Year award for six consecutive years, The Spencers have earned the reputation as one of the most highly regarded acts in magical entertainment and one of the most sought-after illusion teams in the business. Their tricks include: Split Personality, a modern-day sophisticated version of cutting a woman into two pieces; Origami, in which a woman is placed inside a 26-inch box and then folded up--with the woman inside--to a 12-inch box; and, The Spencer's unique Windshear trick, in which the magician visibly penetrates the whirling blades of an industrial fan.
