Paul Osborn's poignant play On Borrowed Time, which premiered on Broadway in 1938, is now in performance at Two River Theater in Red Bank, New Jersey.

Directed by Tony Award-winning performer Joel Grey (Cabaret, Anything Goes, The Normal Heart), the show presents a magical fantasy about the love between a little boy, Pud (Oakes Fegley), and his grandfather, Gramps (Robert Hogan). When Death pays them a visit, Gramps is able to outwit Death by trapping him up in a tree.

The cast also includes Tom Nelis, Alex Garfin, Brian Gildea, Brian Michael Hoffman, Betsy Hogg, Patrick Husted, Diane Kagan, Angela Reed, Steven Skybell, Lorenzo Villanueva, and John Thomas Waite.
