Seattle Children's Theatre presents a new musical production of Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle, adapted by Chad Henry from the well-loved books by Betty MacDonald, both Northwest natives. This production, with direction by SCT Artistic Director Linda Hartzell, will highlight a selection of stories from the Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle books, bringing back some favorites from the previous SCT production, The
Magic Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle, and also featuring new stories and songs.

Local actor Jayne Muirhead leads the cast as Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle, a
magical woman who lives in an upside down house filled with challenging
children. Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle's special talent is making the best out of
every predicament that comes her way-when the parents of her town have
problems with their kids, they call on Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle to cure all manner
of maladies. Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle uses her wits, knowledge and love of
children to teach them to be kind, helpful and, most importantly, well
behaved.
