Synopsis
Two short stories about love and coming of age are presented together in a beautiful evening of sometimes sweet, sometimes bittersweet romance. Love is a Divine Accident premiers new adaptations of Anton Chekov's A Little Joke and Sherwood Anderson's Sophistication, examining that moment in time when a boy and girl cross a threshold and reach the understanding of one another as man and woman. Love is a Divine Accident is an Alternative Stages production. Alternative Stages productions are special, limited engagements with dessert theatre performances. Tickets are $10 for the show and dessert buffet following each performance.
