Synopsis
Famous for Lend Me a Tenor and Moon Over Buffalo, author Ken Ludwig's newest play is sure to amuse! Two English Shakespearean actors, Jack and Leo, find themselves down on their luck and performing "Scenes from Shakespeare" on the Moose Lodge circuit in Amish country. When they catch wind of an old lady about to die leaving her fortune to two long-lost English nephews, they resolve to pass themselves off as hers and get the cash. Trouble brews when they discover the old lady is expecting nieces! Romantic entanglements abound, when Leo falls head-over-petticoat in love with the old lady's vivacious niece, Meg, who's already engaged to the local minister. Debuting on the Driftwood stage and ending our 50th Season with a guffaw!
