WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

The Intiman Playhouse season launches with Artistic Director Bartlett Sher's production of Thornton Wilder's The Skin of Our Teeth. Wilder received Pulitzer Prizes for both Our Town and this dazzling play about a typical American family--in a not-so-typical American family drama. Wilder's comedy is a tribute to the indomitable human will to triumph over natural and man-made disasters alike--if only by the skin of our teeth.

Wilder depicts humanity's age-long struggle for survival through the Antrobus fa[...]
