The K of D, an urban legend

Pistol Cat Productions presents The K of D, an urban legend. "They're called urban legends, those things that get started when a bunch of people put their heads together and talk real low and real fast..." This particular legend begins one hot, sticky summer in a desolate corner of Ohio when the local teenagers begin to notice some startling occurrences around their small town. It's not just the scattered corpses of field mice that've got their attention, but a specter-like bird has appeared on their lake, and they suspect Skinny Charlotte McGraw might be the cause. She stopped speaking months ago, and there's reason to believe she may have learned a frightening new skill. The K of D, by Laura Schellhardt, is a summertime ghost story about redemption, a rusty blue Dodge, and a young girl's haunting kiss.
