WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

In a first-ever version for the stage, SCT premieres an adaptation of the best-selling Wayside School series by award-winning author Louis Sachar. Wayside School was supposed to be one story high, with 30 classrooms side by side; instead, 30 classrooms were stacked one atop the other until it was 30 stories high! As befits such a location, Wayside School is home to wacky students with even wackier teachers - some of whom don't even exist! Within each light-hearted scene, you will find a gem of truth and advice for living that goes down like candy.
Recommended for everyone ages 6 and older.
