From the pen of composer Charles Strouse, who made the world "Put On A Happy Face" in Bye Bye Birdie and dream of a brighter "Tomorrow" in Annie, comes his newest musical, Dancing with Time. This "musical within a musical" depicts an aspiring composer who stumbles upon a long undiscovered manuscript by his Grandfather, and how an impromptu reading of the piece inspires the artist to pursue his own ambitions. This one-night-only not-to-be-missed event features not only the concert, but also a post-show gala fundraiser reception with Mr. Strouse in attendance, a champagne and savory buffet, and an exciting silent auction of theater memorabilia with proceeds going to help produce the Showtunes! 2007-2008 season.
