WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
The Equity members of Theatre9/12 presents BLITHE SPIRIT, directed by Charles Waxberg. Noël Coward's paranormal comedy unfolds from a novelist's attempt to debunk a local medium. High spirits prevail when the séance summons the writer's first wife from the grave and his titillating fantasy of having two wives quickly wears thin. Comedy keeps close company with tragedy in this classic from Noël Coward, the master of wit and sophistication. BLITHE SPIRIT is rife with ridiculous physical gags and wild characters including the eccentric bicycling medium, Madame Arcati.
